Synopsis
Born GONXHA AGNES BOJAXHIU in Yugoslavia, a nun who devoted her life serving the poor and dying in India and the world.
Received the Ramon Magsaysay Award for Peace and International Understanding in 1962. The RMAF recognizes her merciful cognizance of the abject poor of a foreign land, in whose service she has led a new congregation.
