Last March 19–20, 2026, our team gathered at Playfarm Tagaytay for a two-day team building activity aimed at strengthening relationships and fostering a more collaborative work environment. The experience allowed employees to connect, engage, and build stronger bonds beyond their usual work setting.
After the activities, we also had the opportunity to relax and spend time together in a more casual environment. This helped deepen our connections on a more personal level, strengthening both teamwork and camaraderie within the company.
Lessons we took home
The team gained valuable insights that can be applied in the workplace. The experience emphasized the importance of communication, trust-building, and collaborative problem-solving, where trust enables team members to take initiative and demonstrate their capabilities. It also encouraged cross-department collaboration in resolving issues, promoting a culture of accountability rather than blame.
The activities strengthened teamwork, communication, and workplace relationships, making collaboration more effective.
