Estimated delivery is two to four business days for Metro Manila and four to ten business days for provincial areas.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates are counted in business days. Weather, courier disruptions, inaccessible locations, and recipient unavailability may affect actual delivery times.
- Manila, Mandaluyong, Makati, Pasay, and Taguig: ₱100; estimated delivery in 1–2 business days via J&T or Lalamove.
- Other Metro Manila cities: ₱165; estimated delivery in 2–3 business days via J&T.
- Luzon outside Metro Manila: ₱165; estimated delivery in 3–4 business days via J&T.
- Visayas: ₱165; estimated delivery in 4–5 business days via J&T.
- Mindanao: ₱165; estimated delivery in 4–5 business days via J&T.
Free Shipping
Free standard domestic shipping is available for orders totaling ₱2,200 or more.
Store Pickup
Store pickup is free. Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Please wait for a ready-for-pickup notice before visiting.
Pickup location: Bookmark office, 4th Floor, BABS Building, 9304 Kamagong Street, San Antonio, Makati City 1203.
Pickup schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Tracking details are provided when available after the parcel is turned over to the courier. Returned parcels or re-delivery requests may require an additional shipping fee.
