Synopsis
Story of Consolacion Y. Ragasa, a full professor of Chemistry and a University Fellow of De La Salle University in Manila. Dr. Ragasa is one of the most prolific scientists of the Philippines, publishing 30 or more scientific research papers per year. Her area of specialization is the chemistry of natural products. She is interested in finding the chemical constituents and bioactive compounds in indigenous Philippine plants. This series was made possible by the National Book Development Board through its National Book Development Trust Fund Program and its subcommittee on Gender Studies.
