Synopsis

The T’boli people of Lake Sebu gave the authors the idea for this book. While filming the a documentary about them and their legendary dreamweave, t’nalak , they witnessed how these people and their traditions were being swallowed up by commercialization and the demands of a cash economy. Dazzling works of art were being sold by yard. T’nalak was fast becoming a dying art. This book project was a salvage operation.
